We require you to call or email us. In order to make sure you are billed correctly this is the only method accepted to off-hire equipment. Our contact details are here. Make sure you obtain an off-hire number from our team when you contact us. This is your receipt number to verify you have off-hired the equipment so charges stop accumulating. Off-hiring the equipment is only available when we are picking up the equipment from your site. If the equipment is been returned to our depot via your own transport the off-hire will take place at the time/date the equipment enters out depot.

Customer Pick up

Yes, We have a large warehouse conveniently located at 54 Allingham Street, Condell Park NSW 2200. We have the ability to load and unload all types of vehicles. Due to a few limitations in our street we would suggest ridged vehicles only.

Delivery

We run a sophisticated vehicle tracking and dispatch system which will send you an SMS when the vehicle is on the way to your location. We will also communicate an ETA at the time of booking.

Generally yes, but we are able to arrange Deliveries and Collections to unattended sites. Please ask our team for more information.

We are one of the only material hoist companies that enjoy the challenge of disassembling our hoist into manageable pieces and carrying them into the site. Once we get the material hoist components where we need them we will reassemble the hoist in preparation for construction.

Payment

There are a few different options. We offer 30-day accounts for regular clients or credit card payments for those irregular hires. We can also accept direct deposit upon arrangement.

We calculate this depending on the duration of your hire and how you’re paying.

For payment by credit card, if the hire is longer than two weeks, we will require a 2-week deposit including transport, installation and dismantle costs (where applicable). If the hire will be less than 2-weeks we will require the total amount of the hire paid upfront.

The amount payable at the end of your hire could vary from your deposit depending on a number of factors, like additional services requested during the course of the hire.  At the completion of your hire or when an invoice is created, the deposit will be applied and we could require an additional payment or we will refund you the difference if you have overpaid for the deposit.

Our 30-day account customers are invoiced at the end of each month for ongoing hires or at the time the equipment is returned for part month rental charges.

Once you are happy with your quote, please call us on 02 9707 2797 or contact our office here and our team will be able to confirm your booking and arrange the deposit payment or if you have a 30-day account they will confirm those details with you. We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa and Amex.
