Can I pick the equipment up from your warehouse?
Yes, We have a large warehouse conveniently located at 54 Allingham Street, Condell Park NSW 2200. We can load and unload all types of vehicles. Due to a few limitations in our street, we would suggest ridged vehicles only.
DELIVERY
Will the driver contact me when they are on their way?
We run a sophisticated vehicle tracking and dispatch system which will send you an SMS message when the vehicle is on the way to your location. We will also communicate an ETA at the time of booking.
Will someone need to be present at the site for Delivery/Collection to occur?
Generally yes, but we can arrange Deliveries and Collections to unattended sites. Please ask our team for more information.

We are one of the only material hoist companies that enjoy the challenge of disassembling our hoist into manageable pieces and carrying them into the site. Once we get the material hoist components where we need them, we will reassemble the hoist in preparation for construction.

Yes, We have a vast amount of equipment regularly working interstate with our customers. We can organise delivery to any location, or you can pick it up or use your preferred carrier.

There are a few different options. We offer 30-day accounts for regular clients or credit card payments for those irregular hires. We can also accept direct deposit upon arrangement.

How do you calculate the deposit amount?
We calculate this depending on the duration of your hire and how you’re paying.
For payment by credit card, if the hire is longer than two weeks, we will require a 2-week deposit including transport, installation and dismantle costs (where applicable). If the hire is less than 2-weeks, we will require the hire total paid upfront.
The amount payable at the end of your hire could vary from your deposit depending on several factors, like additional services requested during the hire. After your hire or when an invoice is created, the deposit will be applied, and we could require additional payment, or we will refund you the difference if you have overpaid for the deposit.
Our 30-day account customers are invoiced at the end of each month for ongoing hires or when the equipment is returned for part month rental charges.

Yes, And we don’t charge any fees. This is one way you can get points for that well earned holiday.
