How Our Hire Charges Work

We only charge for weekdays (Monday to Friday). Saturdays and Sundays are not charged.

1. Weekly Rate (5 Weekdays)

Our weekly hire rate covers 5 chargeable days. We count 5 weekdays from your start date.
Any weekend in between is included at no extra cost.

These 5 weekdays = weekly rate (e.g. $200). Weekend is not charged.

2. How We Calculate the Extra Day Rate

Because the weekly rate pays for 5 chargeable days, we simply divide it by 5 to get the daily rate:

Daily rate = Weekly rate ÷ 5

Example: Weekly rate $200 → $200 ÷ 5 = $40 per extra weekday.

3. Extra Days After the First 5 Weekdays

If you keep the equipment longer than 5 chargeable days, we only charge for each extra weekday at the daily rate.
Weekends are skipped and not billed.

In summary: We count the weekdays you have the equipment. The first 5 are covered by the weekly rate; any extra weekdays are charged at the weekly rate divided by 5. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted or charged.
